Return Policy

At Keystone Tactical Training (KSTT), we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and fair return process.

Returns

We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Item must not show signs of wear, installation, or modification
  • Proof of purchase is required

Products that have been installed, used in live fire, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Name used to place the order
  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or order error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will work quickly to make it right.
