Shipping Policy

Keystone Tactical Training (KSTT) is committed to processing and shipping orders quickly, accurately, and securely. The following policy outlines our shipping procedures and expectations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer reliable shipping options through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Shipping speed is calculated from the time the order is shipped, not the time the order is placed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected delivery speed
  • Carrier rates

Any applicable shipping promotions or discounts will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability and shipping options.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

KSTT is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

KSTT is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. However, we will assist customers in working with the carrier to resolve issues when possible.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address
  2. Check with household members or neighbors
  3. Contact the carrier directly
  4. Reach out to us for assistance if needed

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
